MEET THE FOUNDER: RYAN

Meet Ryan

When Ryan was 16, he moved to Canada from the Philippines without any family or friends. His first job was at McDonald’s, where he swept the floors and cleaned the bathrooms. He quickly realized that this wasn’t the job he wanted. After that, he worked as a soccer referee and then as a dishwasher in a restaurant. 

Desperate for a massive change, he searched for a mentor who would teach him how to start his own business. He then started a painting company at 17 years old, knocking on doors 150 doors a day from 5-9 pm (that’s when homeowners are home). That’s how he started making 7k a month in profit.

During this time, Ryan continued to seek more mentors and soon explored the world of digital marketing. He grew that small painting company into a six-figure general contracting business, managing over 50 buildings. Ryan learned how to leverage paid ads, social media, and cold outreach to achieve significant results in a short period. Unfortunately, this led him to start partying and drinking.

After series of downward spiral of addictions and depression state for over 5 years, Ryan decided to make a career change and continue to find mentors who could show him a new path to freedom and purpose. That’s when Ryan learned about acquisitions and how he didn’t need his own money to start buying assets – mainly multifamily real estate

In 2022, after Ryan’s first deal of wholesaling a piece of land to a builder for a $50,000 fee in less than four weeks, he found an off-market deal, raised $600,000 to purchase a nine-unit building in Edmonton, Alberta, for $820,000, and took 33% ownership.

This is when everything changed. Ryan was off to the races. He implemented what he learned in digital marketing to source consistent off-market deals with almost no competition, to the point of becoming well-known locally, with investors coming to him. In less than 12 months, he bought over $7 million in multifamily buildings using none of his own money. He super charged raising capital through modern day tools to have abundance in his business.

What countries does this work for?
About 80% of our clients are in the US, 20% in Canada, however the strategies and information are being used around the world by other entrepreneurs, so this will work for you regardless of your location. The biggest thing that differs is the types of deals that is more prominent. We provide you with the foundational knowledge of doing and finding deals, and when you come across a unique off-market deal, you can send it to us, we’ll review it and help you, and then potentially do a deal together or at the very least help you get an investor for it.
Will there be in person events?
Yes! We have plenty of opportunities for you to come fly for an 8-9 figure masterminds with us. You’ll get more information and dates for tours, in-person workshops, nightly stays, and more after sign up for this program as a package. We can also talk about it on our 1-on-1 call. Our 8-9 figure meet ups are a sacred space for all who are looking to learn and give back value to others. This is not offered outside the program, the only way to come is to demonstrate that you’re someone we want to work with.
Where are you and your deals located?
I am in Edmonton, AB, Canada. Most of my deals are in Alberta as well; but as mentioned, we serve great people around the world!
How long will it take to be “successful”?
This totally depends. We have clients that binge the course and work full-time on it, and others that work part time on it. We have clients that are in the funding stage; clients that have bought bought deals; and clients that previously owned 7 figure real estate and are using the course to build it out. Some are building private equity funds, others are just buying cash-flowing assets directly. Everyones timelines and projects are different.
 
I often get asked, “how long does it take to get a deal done?” and to that I can answer… every time I’ve used the strategies we teach it’s taken no longer than 3 months to secure an off-market deal and secure funding and get moving. For me, however it took 12 months to up to $7.7m in AUM of assets.
 
And knowing what we know now… we could probably reach the same point in about 3 months if we were well prepared and planned. That’s why we’re here to help you. To learn from our mistakes!

How to find deals?
We have a system for finding off-market deals, starting with deciding what industry you want to be in, the market you want to operate in, and then using our proprietary cashflow analysis system to see what kind of cashflows you can expect and the capital to raise that is required. How to find investors?
Our Capital Raising System is included in the program. It is a course shows you the exact methods we use to attract investors. I’ve raised capital in the 7 figures of pure equity cash (not credit or debt). This system has worked every time, attracting 12-15 investors each time. It’s ideal to attract investors (instead of going to look for them) because it will bring in likeminded people that are aligned with your vision.
 
Or, to make it even easier, we created an Investors Network where you can connect with likeminded investors that are directly interested in projects like these. We didn’t grow up with financial connections, but we’ve worked hard to make connections, so let’s level the playing field and let everyone get connected!
Why would investors be interested investing with you?
To put it short: There’s a way higher return in the form of cash flow and also in equity in OFF-MARKET deals. Millions of investors spend tens of millions on sub-par deals every year just to get measly return of 6%-8% from the stock market . Or they could invest 6-7 figures with you and get 12%-50% in returns (that’s what we do on average, depends on the industry and type of asset). That’s 7x more cash flow. And that’s only from one deal. There is MASSIVE potential for more. We have clients projecting $1m in equity growth from one multifamily real estate deal.
 
Now, if you say they wouldn’t invest in a rookie who’s never done a deal before, you’d stand lose millions just from that mindset alone. Remember, we are what we think, and if we think we are not worth listening to on a deal that financially makes sense, then you would not go far in this game. He who has the deal has the power, not the person with the cash – remember that! The main thing investors want in return are 1) share in cash flow, 2) a safe self-sufficient place to go if they needed it, and 3) an operator they can trust in. There’s millions of people out there with money who’s tired of traditional returns, willing to invest in unique cash-flowing deals even if it’s your first one.
Is it the right time for me?
This is a great question… I called my partner the other day and said “If we knew what we know now, we could’ve been doing this 6 years ago, making more money than we did, and living how we want to way sooner.” The knowledge we teach can also be applied to all other areas of your life.
